Our sports firm manages tennis programs for county clubs, destination resorts and residential communities.  We deliver programs for three months to throughout the year.  The leaders of these facilities prefer to focus on what they do best, such as golf or dining, and hire us for complete tennis operations.

Professional Recruitment

We are very active and connected in tennis; literally recruit stellar Pros and do national searches that bring decision-makers a short list of outstanding candidates.  Our company provides certified Professionals for seasonal to year-round tennis programs.  Also, we can place an interim Director.  Since 1991 we have hired, trained and placed more than 150 Tennis Pros.

Program Evaluations

Is your current tennis program alright, yet you want to make it better?  We can assist with a brief operational audit.  This will give you candid feedback on marketing, staff, formats, participation or maintenance.

Tennis Consulting

We care and can schedule a consult to discuss anything you want about tennis.  On-site and telephone consulting is done by veteran Tennis Directors who have decades of experience in playing, teaching and operations.  For individuals and facilities we inform and deliver tennis trends.
